Soy lecithin is a kind of natural multifunctional lecithin. The content of phospholipids is more than 96% for Powder type, 62% for liquid type. Lecithin is recognized as an emulsifier, stabilizer, instantizing agent, release agent, lubricant, antioxidant, and dispersant, etc. It is widely used in food processing, medicine, feed additives, industrial auxiliary agent

Packing:

200kg/ fixed lid drum for liquid type.

Storage:
-keep away from rain and humidity during transportation and storage
-best temperature for storage is below 25℃, keep ventilation and dryness.
