After services
(i) Warranty is for 2 years.
In the warranty period, we will maintain and replace the defect components for free without any man-made damage,?but you should pay for shipping fee, both back and forth .After 2 years, we only charge the material cost, you should?be responsible for shipment.
(ii) Free training:?You can send your engineers to our factory for one week free of charge training, which? includes the software operation, installation, adjustment, basic repairing, etc.
(iii) Technical Support:?If needed, we can send our engineer to guide the installation for you. But the relevant cost should be paid by your?company such as visa, hotel, food, both trip plane ticket, and also USD150/day/staff (from our engineer’s??departure?from Shenzhen) and help to arrange our staff& acute;s visa.
