Description
Packing tape,carton sealing adhesive tape or parcel tape is made of bi-axial oriented polypropylene (OPP) film and water-based acrylic glue.
OPP packing tape has good heat, UV and shear resistance and suitable for heady-duty and long-term packaging.
This Tape can be applied with a hand-held tape dispenser,it allows the user be more efficiently place the tape on the box, cut it off, and rub it down.
Automated machinery for application of tape to high-speed lines is also common, the machine tape come in with 48 mm or 72 mm width as hand-held tape but added length up to 990 meters.
There are three major types of OPP packing tapes – transparent/brown, colored and printed tape. Crystal clear tape and low noise tape are also available.
