Materials :

Front column: adopt 80×80×3.5mm square tube welding ;

Back column: adopt 75×50×3.5mm flat tube welding ;

Arm: adopt 75×50×3.5mm thick flat tube welding, reinforcement 75×50×3.0mm flat tube welding ;

Basketball Backstop Backboard rod: adopt Φ38×2.75 curved steel ;

Basketball Backstop Rebound pull rod: adopt 75×50×3.5mm steel ;

Structure principle :

In Basketball Backstop Bottom can be equipped with hydraulic and electrical systems, easy to lift , also with dynamic wheels to move the specified location, in the front of Backstop Rebound can be with welded screw to adjust connection to Backstop Rebound , good to adjust the rebound vertical, horizontal size, and locked well with a lock nut, after adjustment of ball rack is completed, locked well the lock lever of up and down , ensure the safe use. This electronic-hydraulic basketball backstop can be with functions of lift freely,folding and height adjustment by technologies of hydraulic and elastic. When rebounds rising , working pressure of oil system about 100kg / cm 2 , and the time for rebounds to rise at the limited position (Insurance mast dead) is three minutes. The frontier rim of basket can load within 180kg . The weight of per basketball backstop is about 1100 kg. Basketball surface using electrostatic spray or high-strength automotive paint . The product is designed with single-phase power supply (220V, 50Hz).

Backboard and Rim :

Rim : adopt Φ20 round steel bent by special mold , bottom adopts t=5mm thick steel plate , which made off on a folding machine and welding together, Spring for special custom , and can ensure cushion pressure and quickly reset when dunk .
