The conductive ESD PET Release Film is made by Evervictory Acutech Corporation’s proprietary ICP surfacing technology with absolutely zero loading of carbon black and surfactants. Unlike most PET release films currently available in the market, EAC’s ESD PET release film offer exceptional ESD protection in Thermal Pressing/AutoClave Cladding/Laminating as well as peeling.
In addition, our ESD PET release film has the following distinct advantages:
1.Using our ESD PET Release, the electrostatic build-up due to tribocharging is suppressed almost completely.
2.Your device is guarded against ESD/EOS at all conditions including hot pressing, autoclave cladding and laminating, and peeling
3.The ESD PET Release work well with dry film photoresist processes.
4.We can provide ESD PET Release on both sides giving process advantages, meaning ESD protection and excellent release on both sides through out your applications.
