Shining WD Series Pigment Dispersion Used For Building CoatingShining WD series products are the water-based high-concentration non-resinated preparations with good fluidity,Website:http://www.nameicolor.com,and uniform particle size distribution. which are based on nonionic, wetting and dispersing agent.
