2/The installation of printing cylinders adopts air cylinder to pull the core of axis to install the cylinders. Reduce the time of replace the printing cylinder.
3/The doctor blade of gravure printing presses can be adjusted up and down as well as its positions to extend its life.
4/Multi-color gravure printing press adopts dual air cylinder to increase the pressure and solenoid valve to locate the position and ensure the average of pressure and color chromatic aberration;
5/Gravure printing presses adopt computer to control synchronic motor to transfer the ball thread bar to adjust the chromatography to ensure high precision;
6/The unwinding and rewinding of gravure printing press adopts dual station and it can change material and rewinding material automatically.The unwinding shelf adopt magnetic powder tension controlling and rewinding shelf adopt torque motor.Less waste and lower cost.
