And promotion of finished workpieces. ? The Application Rulls of the machine: ? ? 1. Checking the machine before running ????? (1) Keep some space between Ram Slide and cutting board ,generally keep 0.05mm with? guide board at its side and 0.10mm with guide board above it. ????? (2) For flexible running of all mechanisms without bumping. ????? (3) Feeding mechanism can assure to reach length of needed blanks and carry the cut-blank to punching line. But must switch off feeding mechanism before running ot the machine. ???? (4) All lubrication points must be filled with lubriacant. ?2. Checking the Working Machine ???? (1) Pay Attention to abnormal noise of the machine and stop the machine at any doubt. ???? (2) Switch off the fedding mechanism before stopping running to stop its running,after that can swith off power. ??? (3) Replace worn screws in time and the cutting tool, should not be used when becoming blunt. ??? (4) All friction surface must be lubricated in time to ensure precsion and longevity of the lathe. ?
