It can realize the automation of large torque heavy cutting high efficiency machining ,which is the ideal processing equipment in valve industry and update products in drilling parts processing .

2. XY axis adopt Taiwan H grade linear guide , Z axis rectangular guide rail contact friction pair and gib Turcite-B wear-resisting gages and fine crapping .
3. Taiwan high speed and high precision spindle and high power motor make the machine high rigidity .
4. The machine adopts fully enclosed electrical cabinets , fusion design , wind and dreamlike , which increased the cooling effect .
5. Imported NSK 30 ATC level P4 precision bearings makes mechanical no noise during operation .
6. We own cue diagnostic instrument laser interferometer ,three coordinates measuring instrument , spindle and dynamic balance equipment and so on . We have strong processing capacity and perfect detection of machine tool accuracy .
