Billon double tools CNC vertical lathe is used for turning plate parts , such as the wheel of locomotives , direction, etc; generator end cover , etc; automobile ,motorcycle wheel hub , brake disc , etc. It can realize double tools process at the same time , insert knife processing ,which can improve the efficiency 80%(unique knife device , only 5s for tool change ) .

1. Adopt Taiwan heavy-duty linear rolling guide and ball screw ,with fast speed , and high machining accuracy .
2. With double channel control system, double frame structure ,two groups of independent knife (X1Z1, X2Z2), can be processing at the same time with two knives .
3. Main shaft adopts imported bearing NSK/FAG ,senior German KLUBER grease . high precision and long service life .
4. All protective seal structure design , beautiful shape , and pleasant operating .
5. Hydraulic power chuck and convenient loading ,which can reduce the operator work intensity .
