Billon special lathe , standing parallel to the axis perpendicular to the ground and human body , avoided the spindle ellipse machining due to high speed rotating inertia ,and show the precision of approximate circle . Due to weight of processed spares , it can accurate close fit on the fixture datum ,the clamping process can obtain high precision and stability of the processing effect . It take low cost of manufacture and easy to load and unload workpieces with simple fixture structures . Operational card workpiece accord with human body engineering , deduce the physical labor . The machine tool can be used for automatic production and it is easy to set line and make production unit. Two lathe can form a production line , and realize processing of both sides at the same time .
