1. centre grind with multi-section changes structure & bed integrated design, the bed cavity is filling by shock proof material, Increased machine& acute;s rigidity and shock resistance.
2. X-axis use multi-guide way super-positioning layout, increased machine& acute;s rigidity and machining accuracy.
3. The spindle bearing use (4 in front, 2 back structure), increased spindle& acute;s rigidity ; shock proof ability; machining smoothness and accuracy.
4. The screw& acute;s diameter has increased 1.5-2 times, increased transmission power and mach inability.
5. The machine use front-chip conveyor which invented by Krupp, no damage to the overall rigidity, could install automatic chip conveyor.
