XPS extrusion sheet line is one of modern production. It produce the XPS sheet, which is one of good adiabatic material. The structure is with cotinuous surface and beehive sturcture. It with good property of adiabatic, water-proof and high impact. Those products are widely used for the wall, rooftop, road and low temperature storeroom.
Control System
New generation high-speed large capacity PLC control system, the temperature, pressure and hauloff force are controlled automatically. The whole line is controlled synchronous. With technology of remote data input and supervision, the problem can be determined and ressolved remotely. On the data link system, Rs845 is introduced.
We have many years manufacturing experience and can supply good quality XPS board extrusion line. 600-900mm width.
