Description

2.Double pin roller producing, so that the finished ball fiber is more elasticity, even and soft without hurting the original silicon.
3.The whole line is assembled by 2pcs of balling machine unit, fiber distributor and silo, double slot operation system.
4.PLC control system that the whole line can be handled by only 2 operators.
5.Weighing system with tolerance about 30g each.
6.The fiber ball size can be adjusted from the control system according to the processing time. The filling weight can be controlled by the weighing system with tolerance
7.The key parts are adopted by the most famous world brand such like Siemens, Omron and Schneider.
8.Professional roller balance processing; Automatic clamp and simple operation, so that no special skill requirement for the operator.
