Multilayer Sintered Metal Wire Mesh
Multilayer Sintered Metal Wire Mesh is a new filter material with high strength and integral rigidity which adopts multi-layer stainless steel wire mesh specially laminated and vacuum sintering. The meshes are intertwined with each other, which forms a uniform and ideal filter structure, excellent filter precision ,filter resistance, mechanical strength, wear-resisting performance and high resistance, cold resistance and workability. It is specially ideal for these have high requirements for compressive strength and filter precision, which is widely used in petrochemical, nuclear power, synthetic fiber, film, food, pharmaceutical, aerospace and environment protection and so on.
Construction and Characteristics of Standard Five-layer Sinter
1) It consists of protective film, precision control layer, dispersion layer and multi-layer strengthening layer.
2) High strength: after sintering, the five-layer has high mechanical strength and compressive strength.
3) High precision: 1 ~ 500μm filter accuracy can play a uniform surface filtration performance
4) Heat resistance: it can used for the continuous filtration from -200 ℃ -650 ℃
5) Cleaning: Due to its excellent counter-current filter structure, it can be cleaned easily
6) This sintered mesh material is easy to form, process and weld, which can be easily processed into round, cylindrical, tapered, corrugated and other shapes of filter elements.
The main purpose
1) It can be used for Scattering and cooling material in the high temperature environment
