Description
The quality of UHMWPE fiber is stable and reliable as we adopt modern equipment, mature techniques, first-level inspection and testing instruments, as well as strict quality supervision system. We produce a wide range and good variety of fibers from 55dtex to 2640dtex. All properties and performances of fiber comply with international advanced level, comparable to popular fiber products sold in USA and Holland. UHMWPE's breaking strength is 30-38cN/dtex, modulus higher than 1200cN/dtex, and breaking elongation lower than 3%. This fiber is popularly applied to national defense, public security equipment, naval vessels and ships, aviation and aerospace equipment, seashore petrol drilling equipment, medical facilities, and sports facilities, etc.
At present, UHMWPE fibre is widely used in aero-space, bulletproof and scrape-resistant safeguard articles, marine engineering cables and composite reinforced materials and so on, which is irreplaceable.
