Description for mixing tank

1. Mixing tank

The double vortex mixing tank will reach to a optimum mixing effect, mixing arm, blade and lining are made of special anti-frication cast steel, all linings are bolted outside of the tank, easy for maintenance and change. Mixing tank is driven by double-reducer, with oil-bath gearing working synchronously. Full open arc type discharging door can exhaust finished mixture rapidly which effectively reduces mixing cycle.

The mixing tank had thermal oil preservation, to prevent heating loss, the unloading door is driven by two cylinders, a collective hopper is mounted at the below, to ensure no asphalt mixture falling when unloading.

2.0 Fine material (filler) storage supply system

System has 2 storage bins, one for mineral powder and another for waste powder, each bin has damped rotation type level indicator and straight ladder with safety ring; Safety rail, dust collector and safety valve are set on bin top; arch breaking air cushion is installed at [pyramid] part of bin outlet to prevent filler from backlogging. Filler bin and waste powder bin are equipped with screw conveyor (Italia WAM) to send filler directly to weighing hopper.

2.1 Filler(mineral powder) bin

By air force, filler is sent into storage bin through pipeline. Audible and visual alarm will be given when filler is full, reminding operator against ash overflow. Filler bin is equipped with screw conveyor(Italia WAM), which send the filler directly to filler weighing hopper.

2.2 Waste powder storage bin

Waste powder from bag type dust collector will be sent into waste storage bin through screw conveyor and filler hoister. Waste powder storage bin is equipped with screw conveyor (Italia WAM) which send waste powder directly to waste powder weighing hopper.

2.3 Waste powder hoist

Hoister is hopper type, using belt to hoist, with characteristics of smoothing running without noise, fast hoisting speed and high efficiency. There is chain spring tensioning device at the both sides of hoister bottom; Platform is installed at top for maintenance of hoister.
