Working condition of asphalt plant:

1,?Water content of aggregate ≤5%
2, Environmental temperature +0℃～+50℃
3, Altitude ≤1000m
4, Proportion of average density is 1650kg/m3
5, Heating value of fuel≥10000kacl/kg
6, Residual water content of the mixture≤0.3%
7, Max diameter of aggregate is 40mm
8, 3mm aggregate screening efficiency≤35%
9, The productivity includes 5~10% powder and asphalt
10, The aggregate should be in normal shape and should not have a lot of holes or water suction.
The productivity ranges from ±10% as the effect of surrounding environment and material parameter
Max dust content of the aggregate is 250mg/Nm3

When adopting the SMA modified asphalt additives, because of extending of mixing time and increasing temperature of the finished asphalt mixture, it would influence the productivity to reduce by 10%.
