1, Characterized by portable or movable capacity, full mobile type is normally composed of 7 units, all mechanical parts and electrical parts are installed on semi-trailers.
2, We took the first step in design and manufacturer of large capacity full mobile type asphalt machinery around China together with techncail support and guide from Chinese Academy of Engineering
3, New equipment could be put into production 5~7 days after all mobile systems arriving at site.
4, Due to high mobility, overall set could be fully evacuated or transferred within 2 days,
5, Electrical connection of equipment is aviation plug, which could be assembled and disassembled quickly during transfer between sites.
6, It takes totally 10 days’ time including equipment disassembling, reinstalling and running test
7, Being highly integrated in design, saving area occupation and energy consumption.
8, Specially designed for small projects which always change frequently change sites.
9, Ready silo for finished asphalt mixture is optional.
