Description
Pneumatic Gate Valve is a kind of low trestle ductile iron gate valve, with pneumatic actuator(namely double cylinder with buffer mechanism), manual actuator and its protective mechanism(namely manual, locked pneumatic and manual conversion device ). Gate valve has double cylinder structure, doubling its lifting force compared with single cylinder, which solve the problem thoroughly of some single cylinder wedged in the body tightly. It also has buffer mechanism, to slow the attrition caused by disk sealing surface and body sealing surface when valve is closed and piston is down to impacting, and to avoid valve plate stuck phenomenon. In order to fit the user to achieve automatic operation, in addition to supply the series, we can also provide cylinder block with stand individually to help users to have a large scales of modifications of varied manual valves and fit Double cylinder pneumatic actuator part in the body lid, namely constitute a duplex type pneumatic - manual gate valves.
