Fish Feed Pellet Machine Introduction
Floating fish feed pellet machine can make many kinds of floating feed pellets for different fishes such as: food fish, catfish, pet fish, shrimps, crab, eel and so on. The raw material can be grains such as wheat, rice, corn, broomcorn, maize, meal power and some food leftovers, etc. The fish pellet made by the fish feed machine can float on water for more than 12hours. Equipped with special heating device, the fish feed machine makes the fish pellets easy to digest. The floating fish feed pellet machine generally include dry type fish feed pellet machine and wet type fish feed
Fish Feed Pellet Machine Working Principle
The puffed system can be divided into three stages: feeding stage, conveying stage and the forming stage. The grinded materials first enter into feeding section, then by the thrust of screw shaft, they will go into the conveying section. During the chamber, the material is strongly impacted by the high speed rotating shaft and fully cooked by the heating system. Finally, the material is extruded through extrusion die. At the moment, the pressure release to normal suddenly and the pellets are expanded into a puffed form. The fish pellets length can be adjusted and pelletizing dies can be customized.
