Description
Application:
GHRPs are not simply surrogates of GHRH, instead GHRP-6 is an artificial activator of a separate newly discovered receptor called Secretagogue Receptor (GHS-R). Soon Ghrelin was discovered, the endogenous ligand that binds to the GHS-R. Both Ghrelin and all the synthetic compounds such as GHRP-6 were termed & quot;Secretagogues& quot; (GHSs).
One side effect of GHRP-6 is a significant increase in appetite due to stimulating the release of Ghrelin, a peptide that is released naturally in the lining of the stomach that increases hunger and gastric emptying. Also, GHRP-6 causes stimulation of the anterior pituitary gland which causes an increase in release. The increased amounts of can cause the liver to secrete the , which improves the animal body& acute;s ability to burn fat and build muscle. Since GHRP-6 acts directly on the feedback loop which signals the inhibition release, GHRP-6 can re-stimulate the production Hormone.
Usage:
1). Increases protein synthesis and stimulates the growth of new muscle tissue.
2). Recuperative effects on joints and injuries; Connective tissue strengthening and bone mineral density
Enhanced GH secretion also leads to the liver secreting, which is thought to be the primary anabolic mechanism of action for GH
3). Allows for normal growth in short children with GH deficiency.
4). Increases muscle mass (and physical strength if combined with moderate exercise).
5). Reduces wrinkling of the skin and some other effects of skin aging.
6). Re-grows internal organs that have atrophied with age.
7). Causes hyperplasia, the increase of more muscle cells.
8). It increases muscle mass through the creation of new muscle cells (which differs from hypertrophy).
9). It promotes lipolysis, which results in the reduction of adipose tissue (body fat).
