Description

3D wire panels construction process from foundation to finish

Foundation
Construction begins with the installation of rebar for the foundation upon which later mounted 3D-wall panels. Along the perimeter of the installation panels in the ground near the foundation waterproofing layer is arranged.

Installation
Lightweight wall panels alternately manually attached to the rebar tie wire and further verified in the vertical and horizontal levels. Panels are connected to each other fragment of reinforcing mesh, forming a continuous reinforcing cages with a heater in the middle.

Communications
All communications provided by the project (water, heating, sanitation, electricity, etc.) are laid inside the panels installed. If necessary, additional polystyrene burned by the burner trough or building dryer.

Shotcrete
Once installed the walls and floors, laid all the necessary services performed concreting (gunning) frame of reinforced insulation on both sides. At this stage, the design takes on bearing capacity.

Finish
Since the shotcrete is applied on the beacons, the resulting surface is ready for finishing (coating, painting). Additional grouting is required.

Ready
Following the traditional decoration, construction is ready for commissioning.
