Process:
A. Hard feel
With 25% -30% of DS-908 and 2% stiffness of resin, and bake at 350-380 °F (177-193 ℃).
B. soft feel
20-25% of DS-908, bake at 350-380 °F (177-193 ℃).
C. Durability waterproof, fireproof processing
35% DS-908
4% AFF-300% (Bayer waterproofing agent)
2% isopropanol
Baking :350-380 °F (177-193 ℃)
By American DOCFF-3-71 and CPAI-84 Vertical appropriate processing baking.
