Description
High and low temperature special efficiency degreasers NP-XP, is efficient pre-treatment agent for oil of cellulose fiber, synthetic fiber (synthetic fiber), hemp, silk, wool and blended fabric.

Excellent degreasing effect, and low-foam (temperature 60 °C no bubble)
Efficient to remove greasy dirt emulsification and dispersion, wetting and washing role of Oil Pollution Prevention buildup fiber fabric whiteness.
Resistance to hard water.
Used for high-speed stirring device and injection countercurrent device.

Applications
Low temperature degreasing process:
NP-XP high and low temperature special efficiency degreaser dosage: 0.5 2% (OWF)
Temperature: 60 to 65
Time: 20 ~ 30min
Bath ratio: 1:10 ~ 15
PH: Polyester adjust with 12-13NaoH
Cotton, hemp adjust with 11-12NaoH
Silk, wool adjust with 9-10NaoH
High temperature degreasing process:
Polyester fiber and blended fabric degreasing, dyeing one bath:
NP-XP high and low temperature special efficiency degreaser dosage: 0.5 1% (OWF)
Time temperature: 130 ℃ × 30min
PH value: 4-5 (HAC adjustment)
Bath ratio: 1:10 ~ 15
